Job Title: ASNT Level 3 (RT, PT, MT, UT) Job Summary We are seeking highly qualified and experienced ASNT Level 3 NDT Professionals to lead, supervise, and manage Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities in accordance with international standards. The role involves overseeing inspection operations, ensuring quality compliance, training personnel, and maintaining high safety and technical standards across projects. Key Responsibilities Develop, review, and approve NDT procedures in compliance with ASNT and international standards. Supervise and monitor Radiographic Testing (RT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) activities. Interpret inspection results and provide technical guidance for defect evaluation and acceptance criteria. Ensure proper implementation of quality control and inspection plans. Train, mentor, and certify Level 1 and Level 2 technicians. Conduct audits and technical reviews of inspection processes. Verify calibration, maintenance, and proper usage of NDT equipment. Prepare and validate inspection reports, technical documentation, and records. Coordinate with QA/QC teams, engineers, and project managers. Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and site procedures. Support client inspections, third-party audits, and certification processes. Essential Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Related Field). Valid ASNT Level 3 Certification in RT, PT, MT, and UT. Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in NDT inspection and supervision. Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, ASTM, ISO, API, etc.). Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and communication). Skills & Competencies Advanced technical expertise in NDT methods. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Leadership and team management skills. Excellent documentation and reporting skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work under pressure in site and workshop environments. Strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance. Proficiency in MS Office and inspection reporting tools. Experience Requirements More than 3 years of experience in NDT inspection, supervision, and certification roles. Prior experience in industrial projects such as oil & gas, petrochemical, power plant, fabrication, or construction is preferred. Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹1,00,000 per month Vacancies: 10 Positions Competitive salary based on experience and certification.
