Key Responsibilities Oversee daily factory operations to ensure production targets are achieved. Manage production planning and resource allocation effectively. Supervise and lead production, maintenance, and quality teams. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Monitor production costs and optimize factory performance. Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives. Prepare operational reports and recommend improvement initiatives. Required Skills Factory Operations Management – Ability to manage end-to-end manufacturing activities. Production Planning – Experience in scheduling and resource optimization. Team Leadership – Capability to lead large operational teams. Quality Control – Knowledge of maintaining product quality standards. English & Arabic Communication – Effective communication with workforce and management. Preferred Skills Gulf manufacturing experience. Lean manufacturing knowledge. Process improvement and cost optimization expertise. Work Experience Requirements Candidates must possess 10–15 years of manufacturing and factory management experience in India. Gulf-return candidates are preferred. Experience handling large-scale production environments and multicultural teams is highly desirable.
