We are currently hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Site Supervisor located in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities and workforce operations. Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project timelines. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams for smooth execution. Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications. Maintain site safety standards and enforce discipline among workers. Inspect materials received and report procurement requirements. Prepare daily progress reports and update project stakeholders. Ensure quality standards and construction best practices are followed. Required Skills Site Supervision – Managing day-to-day site operations. Construction Knowledge – Understanding drawings and site execution. Safety Management – Maintaining workplace safety standards. Team Coordination – Managing workers and subcontractors. Reporting Skills – Preparing daily activity and progress reports. Experience in handling labor teams, monitoring project execution, and ensuring safety compliance is preferred. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.
