Red Team Operator (Windows)

As a Red Team Operator (Windows) we need you to have:

• Knowledge of Windows Domains (Active Directory, SMB, Group Policy, etc.)
• Knowledge of Windows exploitation (Kerberoasting, DC Replication, PSExec/WinRM)
• Knowledge of Living-off-the-Land techniques
• Knowledge of AV/EDR and evasion techniques
• Expert experience with networking (TCP/IP)
• Expert experience in tunneling (eg. SSH/socat)
• Deep understanding of common encryption techniques
• Strong experience with digital forensics
• Experience with filesystems (Linux and Windows)
• Knowledge of network protocols (DNS, NFS/SMB, SSH)
• Comfort in a Linux environment (BASH, SSH, etc.)

To you, every new app is a puzzle to be explored. You are an accomplished professional with

• A certification from any of the following: RIOT/FORGE or COTC/NETC
• Independently work and lead a small team
• Analyze networks, documentation, and code
• Create informed decisions
• Ability to perform in a remote-first environment
