We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to represent moving companies and handle claims-related customer communications. The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication skills with a very light/neutral accent, as a significant portion of the role involves phone support, email handling, customer communication, and dispute resolution. Candidates should be confident communicators who can think on their feet, multitask effectively, maintain strong attention to detail, and professionally handle escalated customer situations when necessary. This is intended to be a long-term role for a reliable and responsible individual looking for stability and growth opportunities within the company. Requirements: • Excellent English communication skills with minimal/neutral accent • Strong customer service background • Proficiency with Excel, Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and email platforms • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Claims processing or dispute resolution experience is highly preferred • Debt collection experience is a plus • Comfortable working within a highly collaborative virtual office environment • Comfortable remaining on Zoom throughout the workday • Backup internet and power required Work Environment Expectations: This role operates within a collaborative virtual office environment. Team members are expected to remain connected on Zoom throughout the workday to simulate an in-office setting where communication, collaboration, and support can happen in real time throughout the day. Candidates should be comfortable working on camera during scheduled hours and engaging in a highly interactive remote team environment. Candidates must also have a dedicated and professional workspace free from distractions and background noise during working hours. Due to the sensitive nature of the work and the client-facing responsibilities of the role, candidates should be able to work from a private workspace where children, pets, television noise, or unrelated individuals will not interfere with calls or daily operations.
