We build the engine that brings advertising to life, providing the essential tools for scaling creative post-production through image, video, and HTML templates. Our customers rely on our creative production tooling to design, animate, and scale millions of assets, and your future team will be placed in the center of all of this effort.

We are a Helsinki based group of experts passionate about solving high-level frontend challenges. Our squad enables the world's largest brands to turn a single design into a global campaign by mastering complex state management and high-performance canvas-based interactions. We are tech-agnostic at heart but rely heavily on React and TypeScript to build a seamless and powerful design experience. • Own vertical slices of the Editor platform, taking end-to-end responsibility for complex projects from design to deployment.
• Find the smallest possible increments to deliver value to our customers as quickly as possible.
• Partner closely with Product and UX to dissect complex requirements into well-designed and well-executed software.
• Lead technical design decisions and tradeoffs, balancing long-term architecture with immediate product needs.
• Be a core contributor to our Creative Engineering Group, ensuring our frontend and core packages remain performant and scalable.
• Act as a mentor and technical guide, elevating the team through constructive code reviews and sharing your expertise.
• Drive projects forward independently and proactively dispatching roadblocks.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in building robust, complex web applications with a mastery of frontend development.
• Expertise in React and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of state management and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to drive projects independently, showing persistence and autonomy in the face of technical hurdles.
• Ambition and eagerness to excel and commitment to continuous growth
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
• Strong analytical skills to translate a broad product vision into actionable technical tasks.
• Motivation for solving customers' problems and delivering value to customers at a fast pace
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from our Helsinki office 3 days a week.
