What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting race weekend operations and event delivery

• Assisting with customer registration and front-of-house activities

• Helping coordinate paddock operations and driver activities

• Supporting event setup, logistics, and administration

• Assisting with content capture and social media activity

• Delivering an outstanding customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Availability to travel and work weekends

Nice to Have

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, events, retail, sports, or leisure

Die FAT Karting League sucht einen motivierten und gut organisierten Associate Event Coordinator (m/w/d), der unser Team bei der Durchführung unserer Rennveranstaltungen in Deutschland unterstützt.

Diese Position eignet sich ideal für Berufseinsteiger oder Kandidaten, die ihre Erfahrungen im Bereich Events, Operations, Motorsport oder Kundenservice weiterentwickeln möchten.

Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Rennveranstaltungen

• Betreuung von Teilnehmern und Unterstützung beim Check-in

• Unterstützung der Abläufe im Fahrerlager und bei Fahreraktivitäten

• Mithilfe bei Veranstaltungsaufbau, Logistik und Administration

• Unterstützung bei Content-Erstellung und Social-Media-Aktivitäten

• Sicherstellung eines hervorragenden Kundenerlebnisses
