Family and Cosmetic Dentistry is a beautiful, high-end dental practice located in Lindenhurst, IL. Led by Dr. Jay Wygodny, our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and helping patients achieve the smiles they’ve always wanted.

Due to continued growth, we are excited to add a skilled Full-Time Dental Hygienist to our team. This is a great opportunity to join a well-organized, patient-centered practice that values teamwork, efficiency, and high-quality care.

• →Provide comprehensive hygiene care, including assessments, cleanings, and patient education
• →Conduct patient screenings, including:
  • →Review of medical and dental history
  • →Oral cancer screenings
  • →Head and neck inspections
  • →Dental charting
  • →Blood pressure and pulse readings
  • →Take digital radiographs
• →Perform dental prophylaxis using Cavitron / Prophy Jet
• →Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluoride
• →Complete perio charting and treatment documentation
• →Make impressions for study models as needed
• →Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, nutrition, and home care
• →Maintain a clean, sterile work environment following infection control protocols
• →Follow all practice protocols, including infection control, biohazards, emergency treatment, implants, and perio programs
• →Stock supplies, maintain equipment, and support the recall system
• →Build strong, trusting relationships with patients
• →Demonstrate professionalism and positive leadership within the team

• Licensed Dental Hygienist
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Comfortable with computer systems and digital charting
• Team-oriented, reliable, and patient-focused

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (1X Month)
  • If a Saturday is worked, one weekday off will be provided that same week
