Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist - Great Lakes Family Dentistry

Great Lakes Family Dentistry is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for a hygienist looking for a consistent schedule, a supportive team, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients.

We are growing our hygiene department and have open treatment rooms available. If you’re passionate about patient care and looking for a flexible part-time opportunity, we’d love to hear from you!

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Existing patients: 60-minute appointments
• New patients: 90-minute appointments

• →Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing as needed
• →Perform oral health assessments and accurately document clinical findings
• →Take digital radiographs and maintain up-to-date patient records
• →Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care
• →Build strong, trusting relationships with patients through excellent communication and compassionate care
• →Collaborate with the doctor and dental team to provide an exceptional patient experience
• →Follow all infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient treatment area

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Passion for patient care and education
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Experience with digital charting and radiography preferred
