Contributions within the Agile Chapter at Snapp take place at both the team and organizational levels.
At the team level, we act as Agile Agents, responsible for applying the Agile mindset and implementing Agile practices using various frameworks tailored to each team’s specific context and needs. Our role focuses on continuously supporting teams, improving collaboration, and enabling effective Agile adoption.
Additionally, as OKR Leads, we support teams in implementing and operationalizing the OKR framework, helping align goals, enhance focus, and improve outcome-driven execution.
At the organizational level — particularly across Tech and Product departments — we contribute to large-scale planning alignment, cross-team coordination, and application release management as part of our broader value creation.
With the emergence of AI and the opportunities it creates, we also strive to leverage appropriate tools to integrate data, increase transparency, and enable more informed decision-making across the organization.
Facilitate Agile Processes: Lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies
Remove Impediments: Identify and remove any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress
Performance Metrics: Track and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and report progress to senior management.
Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the teams by implementing best practices and encouraging feedback.
Coaching and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on Agile principles and practices to enhance their skills and performance.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with product managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
+2 years of experience in large-scale product and multiple cross-functional teams.
Advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks, Familiarity with common Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Proficient in English, Strong leadership skills with the ability to facilitate and guide people, Exceptional verbal and written communication
Excellent problem-solving skills
Familiarity with OKR frameworks
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
BA/BS in computer science anda technical background preferred.
