About the role:

A Vendor Manager is expected to oversee and strengthen relationships with our external partners and suppliers to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery. By identifying reliable vendors, negotiating favorable terms, and continuously improving vendor performance, you’ll directly shape how our teams operate and deliver value. Your work will have a meaningful impact - ensuring that the business runs smoothly, cost-effectively, and in alignment with our quality standards.

Build and manage strong relationships with vendor partners to ensure service quality, reliability, and performance.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to meet business needs and scale operations.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements that align with company goals.

Monitor vendor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement through feedback and collaboration.

Coordinate closely with internal teams (Operations, Finance, and Legal) to resolve issues and optimize vendor processes.

Maintain accurate documentation of vendor agreements, performance reports, and compliance requirements.

Hustle – take ownership of Snappr’s growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done.

4+ years of proven experience in vendor management, procurement, operations, or a related field.

Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Fluency in written and spoken English.
