FIC Derivatives Structurer (H/F)

Based in Casablanca, you will work closely with the Financial Engineering, Sales and Trading teams.
Your responsibilities will include:

Pricing structured products for Sales teams covering European distribution networks.

Proactively designing innovative investment strategies in collaboration with the Paris-based teams.

Automating the pricing of recurring structures.

You hold a Master’s degree from a leading engineering school, business school or university, with a specialisation in market finance, financial mathematics or financial engineering.
You have at least 3 years of experience in financial markets, ideally gained within a structuring, pricing, trading or derivatives sales team. Proficiency in Python is a plus.
You are recognised for your rigour, responsiveness and proactive mindset. You are a strong team player and are comfortable working in a demanding, international environment. Your analytical skills, creativity and results-oriented approach will be essential to your success in this role.

Within Société Générale Global Services Center Morocco (SG GSCM), the Pricing team in the Cross Asset Solutions department designs, structures and implements investment and hedging solutions involving cross-asset derivatives for a diversified client base, including corporates, institutional investors, distributors and hedge funds.
As part of the structuring activity, you will work in a front-office environment and interact with Sales, Trading and Financial Engineering teams across Europe.
This role will offer you significant exposure to market-related topics, the development of innovative investment solutions and the structuring of fixed-income structured products for European distribution networks. You will contribute directly to the origination of investment ideas, transaction pricing and the ongoing development of Société Générale’s product offering.
