We are looking for Engineering Manager.

Lead a cross-functional team of 7–10 engineers (backend, frontend, QA, AQA)
Own end-to-end feature delivery, from requirements to release
Run the team’s development process: sprint planning, estimation, decomposition, DoR/DoD
Take part in feature design and technical decision-making
Ensure the reliability of the team’s services: monitoring, alerting, incident reviews, postmortems
Partner with the Product Manager on backlog prioritization
