Dans votre rôle, vous contribuerez à l’application des processus de certification en cybersécurité et de maintien de la navigabilité afin de soutenir l’ensemble des plateformes existantes et en développement dans notre entreprise. Pour atteindre cet objectif, vous devrez :

• Contribuer à la définition de requis cybersécurité au niveau avion et système
• Examiner et évaluer l’architecture système et les mesures de protection cybersécurité
• Évaluer l’architecture avion et identifier les vulnérabilités et risques de cybersécurité
• Fournir du support aux tests de pénétration de la cybersécurité sur avion et sur banc d’essai
• Mener l’investigation et la résolution des incidents cybersécurité et collaborer activement avec les fournisseurs et d’autres parties prenantes à leur résolution
• Préparer et/ou revoir des rapports de certification et assister les délégués de Transport Canada dans notre entreprise avec les constats de conformité;
• Collaborer étroitement avec d’autres départements et disciplines dans notre entreprise, selon le besoin, pour compléter les diverses tâches;
• Participer et contribuer à des revues préliminaires et des revues de la phase critique de la conception organisés par notre entreprise et les fournisseurs.
• Maintenir à jour les processus de notre entreprise pour la cybersécurité embarquée en fonction de l’évolution de l’industrie et sur le plan de la règlementation de certification;
• Représenter notre entreprise à des conférences et comités de l’industrie de la cybersécurité embarquée;
• Contribuer à l’évolution du domaine de la cybersécurité dans notre entreprise et de sa feuille de route;
• Encadrer les professionnels moins expérimentés de l’équipe dans leur développement.

In your role, you will contribute to the application of the cybersecurity certification and continuing airworthiness processes in support of all existing and new development platforms at SOGECLAIR. In order to achieve this, you will:

• Contribute to the definition of aircraft and system level cybersecurity requirements
• Review and assess suppliers’ system architecture and cybersecurity protection measures
• Review the aircraft cybersecurity architecture, identify vulnerabilities and evaluate associated risks
• Support cybersecurity penetration testing on aircraft and on various system rigs and lead snags investigation
• Lead investigations of cybersecurity incidents and actively participate in the resolution of any deficiencies with suppliers and SOGECLAIR stakeholders
• Prepare and/or review design compliance reports and assist the Transport Canada Design Authority Delegates at SOGECLAIR with the finding of compliance against applicable regulations
• Closely collaborate with other SOGECLAIR departments and disciplines (Avionics, RMAS, Completions, AWOR, Customer Support etc.) as required for the completion of the various tasks
• Participate to SOGECLAIR preliminary and critical system design reviews
• Update and maintain SOGECLAIR cybersecurity processes in line with regulatory requirements and best industry practices
• Represent SOGECLAIR in various conferences and industry committees on cybersecurity
• Contribute to evolution of the CYBR (Aircraft Cybersecurity) domain and its roadmap
• Mentor less experienced professionals

As our ideal candidate,

• You hold a University engineering degree in Software, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
• You have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a technical engineering field, including a minimum of 2 years in cybersecurity of networks and systems and 2 years in aerospace
• You have general knowledge of computer network architectures, electronics, operating systems and software programming
• You are familiar with the activities related to general aircraft system integration and civil aircraft certification, working knowledge is highly desired
• You have knowledge of IT and/or Aviation Information Security Management System principles
• You have working knowledge of aviation cybersecurity standards and guidance (highly desired):

• ED-203A / DO-356A - Airworthiness Security Methods and Considerations

• You are ambitious and have a solid drive for results
• You have the ability to work autonomously, with little supervision

• You have strong oral and written English communications skills and functional French communication skills are desired
