Barista/Bartender - Soho House Stockholm

We are seeking a full-time Barista who has a passion for exceptional coffee, genuine hospitality, and creating memorable member experiences. You also need to have experience in bartending and cocktails, as you'll be a part of the bar team where you support our bar operation as well.

You'll have experience working in busy, high-profile venues and a flair for delivering first-class service in a fast-paced environment.

As part of our Soho House team, your role is to ensure that our members have an amazing experience every time. With your natural hospitality charm, attention to detail, and positive energy, we'll give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun, and make an impact.

For this role, we require a minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a similar café or coffee-focused role. Experience with bartending and cocktail preparation is a must. You must be able to work evenings and weekends.
