We are looking for someone to work in our maintenance team to ensure high standards are kept at all times across the House (we're a 10 floors building facility which includes high spec hotel rooms, restaurants, bars, cinema, gym/leisure centre, offices, staff accommodation, warehouses etc.).

The ideal candidate will have gained experience with hands on maintenance in either a hotel environment or multiple occupancy property. Plumbing, electrical or heating/AC system knowledge are desirable but all applications considered as demonstrable experience is preferred over formal qualifications. 

The role…

• Keeping all equipment in good repair
• Complete maintenance work orders across all departments
• Workload is varied, and can involve anything from a leaky tap in a room to fixing new light fittings to tiling etc.
• This role involves shift patterns of early mornings, evenings and late nights split fairly across the team. 5 shifts (flexible over 7 days).

Required Skills/Qualifications…

• Basic English communication skills
• Previous experience working in maintenance is mandatory
• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Sense of urgency
• Yes, yes, yes mentality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Background on construction building
