Private Events Coordinator

This position is responsible  for  the  successful  administration of  Private  Events  and  the  assistance with the Food and Beverage department. Responsible for  the  continual  supervision  of service throughout the entire event and to perform specific tasks as requested by the Private Events Manager in their absence.  Assists the Private Events Manager/House Relations Manager to  maintain  event  business by  way  of providing  courteous and  effective  selling  techniques. To keep employees advised  and  updated  of particulars pertaining to all events. Responsible for the continuous supervision of service leading up to, during and following each event. Performs specific tasks as requested by the Private Events Manager Manager while on and off site.

• Good knowledge and interest in food and drink;
• Previous F&B and hospitality events operations management required;
• Proven project management skills;
• Strong commercial acumen;
• Confident with all Microsoft Office packages;
• Only those Private Events Coordinators who are eligible to work in Italy or have a valid Italian work permit/visa will be considered for the above position.
