Waiter

Set in a working olive grove, Soho Farmhouse Ibiza brings all the things we love about Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire to members living and visiting the White Island including bedrooms, an outdoor pool, a holistic wellness experience with a gym, yoga deck and treatment rooms and an organic kitchen garden restaurant and bar.

We are seeking a passionate Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As part of our Soho House team your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact.

• Welcoming and seating guests, taking guest orders, communicating them effectively to the kitchen and in addition, memorizing the menu and offering recommendations to upsell appetizers, desserts, or drinks.
• Greet customers and hand out menus.
• Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen.
• Make menu recommendations and inform patrons of any specials.
• Confirm food items match the orders and deliver them to the correct table.
• Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared.
• Check that customers are satisfied with their meal.
• Prepare the bill for tables when requested.
• Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid.
• Administer change to tables if needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to everyone, anticipating the guests needs.
• Showing food and beverage knowledge through taking orders and providing advice on ingredients, dietary restrictions and upselling.
• Manage a busy section whilst adhering to company service and conduct standards.
• Ensuring the correct set up, handover and breakdown of the restaurant and shift.

A successful Waiter/Waitress for Soho Farmhouse Ibiza will ideally have up to 1-2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.

• Must have experience in a 5-star hotel or in a fine dining restaurant.
• Must have a passion for food and beverage and guest satisfaction.

• Strong attention to details

• Punctual, organised, reliable and trustworthy
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to handle feedback to achieve member satisfaction
• Fluent in English is mandatory.
• Good English and spanish language skills

• Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand
• Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
• Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required
