Clerk, Count Room

Position Summary The Count Room Clerk is responsible for ensuring the accurate counting, processing, reconciliation, and documentation of cash, cash equivalents, and gaming/non-gaming revenues. The role operates currency-counting equipment and supports the integrity of count room operations by maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies, procedures, and service standards. Key Responsibilities Perform timely collection, transportation, and issuance of stackers. Conduct daily cash counts and accurately record the contents of casino drop boxes and slot machine stackers. Sort and count currency and gaming chips, prepare straps, consolidate reports, and reconcile counted amounts. Balance and export daily currency count reports. Identify and report suspected counterfeit currency. Collect and sort coins, cash, and cash equivalents from non-gaming funds and tip boxes. Replenish and collect funds from redemption kiosk units. Perform other duties as assigned by management Requirements At least High School Graduate or equivalent. Previous experience in cash handling, teller, cashier, or related roles is an advantage. Able to operate electronic counting equipment such as note counters and counterfeit detectors. Computer literate, preferably proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Able to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately. Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts. Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 30 kg
