If you're passionate about doing the right thing and want to grow your career in a people-first organization, we'd love to meet you.

We're looking for candidates who enjoy working with people and technology alike and have a good stable work history with employers. If you enjoy engaging with people, solving problems and creating positive experiences, we want to hear from you.

As an Experience Guide, you will welcome and assist members with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from the moment they enter the credit union, fostering trust and satisfaction with every interaction.

We're more than a credit union-we're a team of people who care deeply about making a difference. If these values feel like a reflection of who you are, you might be right at home here:

  • Courage: You take ownership, support your teammates and have the confidence to make thoughtful decisions-even when it's not easy.
  • Impact: You're driven to make things better, challenge the status quo and go above and beyond for both members and coworkers.
  • Passion: You bring positive energy, a member-first mindset and genuine excitement for helping others. You celebrate wins-big and small-and embrace change with enthusiasm.

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Have great customer service skills.
  • Proactively create opportunities to conduct an efficient interview to understand the members' reason for visiting.
  • Enthusiastically help members and create positive interactions with members and colleagues alike.
  • Work productively in a positive team environment.
  • Be bilingual English/Spanish.

As an Experience Guide with Solarity, your typical day includes:

  • Ensure that every individual entering the branch has a positive and welcoming first impression.
  • Streamline check-in procedures to minimize wait times and ensure a smooth experience for those arriving.
  • Contribute to overall member satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Create an environment that makes individuals feel valued, comfortable, and encouraged to return.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to create seamless and cohesive member experience.
  • Assist members with simple tasks that can be handled with ease.
  • Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable.

  • Robust health coverage – Affordable medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance plus employer contributions to your Health Savings Account (HSA).
  • Time to recharge – Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave and 12 paid holidays each year.
  • Future-focused benefits – A retirement program with up to 6% employer match to help you plan ahead with confidence.
  • Wellness support – Access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), plus gym reimbursement and wellness initiatives to help you thrive.
  • A culture that invests in you – Ongoing training, opportunities for career growth and leaders who are genuinely invested in your success.
  • A mission that matters – Be part of a service-oriented team that's passionate about making a difference in members' lives. Hourly pay range $17.13 - $25.92
