Solita is launching a Databricks Champion Path in all of Solita’s operating countries: a new kind of growth path for experienced data and AI professionals who want to develop toward Databricks Solutions Architect Champion level recognition together with the Northern Europe’s leading data and AI powerhouse. Databricks Champion Path is a clear and ambitious path for top Databricks professionals. The launch timing and application periods may vary by country.

Demand for senior Databricks experts is growing significantly, and today the talent pool in Northern Europe is still limited at scale. At Solita, we believe top experts aren’t attracted by technology lists alone - but by a genuine growth path, impact, and visibility.

Our goal is to make Solita the best place in Northern Europe to grow from a Databricks expert into a Databricks Solutions Architect Champion. 

In practice, this means you’ll work on demanding Databricks-centric customer engagements and receive structured support from Solita to develop your skills, visibility, and Databricks collaboration - aligned with your own goals. 

We’re looking for Databricks professionals who already have strong hands-on experience delivering Databricks-based data, analytics, ML, or AI solutions.  

Your background could be in, for example, data engineering, data architecture, AI architecture, ML / AI Engineering or data science. Above all, you are someone who wants to: 

• deepen your Databricks expertise even further
• contribute as a senior expert in impactful client projects
• build your own expert profile (customers, community, Databricks collaboration) 

• Solid, production-level experience with Databricks-based data, analytics, ML, or AI solutions
• ability and motivation to work as a senior or lead expert in client environments
• interest in sharing knowledge and developing together
• curiosity, ambition, and a desire to grow to the top of your field
