Requirements

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Finance, or Financial Management).
10 years of Navy financial experience, including 7 years of FMS financial experience.
Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS), coordinating the efforts of a financial support team, Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), MISIL, DIFS, and MOCAS, and daily interaction with Government personnel.
