SOLVERE is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support federal programs by transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that drive mission-critical decisions. This role requires expertise in advanced analytics, data governance, and federal compliance standards. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, interface with government stakeholders, and ensure data integrity across all program activities.

Responsibilities

→Lead the design and execution of data analytics strategies aligned with federal program objectives.
→Perform statistical modeling, trend analysis, forecasting, and data mining using large, complex datasets.
→Build dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik to communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
→Ensure compliance with federal data standards, including FISMA, NIST, and agency-specific requirements.
→Present findings to government clients, support decision-making, and translate analytical results into operational recommendations.
→Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading processes; implement data quality checks and validation procedures.
→Mentor junior analysts, manage analytics workstreams, and contribute to project planning and documentation.
→Develop automated workflows using Python, R, SQL, or similar tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
→Maintain strict adherence to federal cybersecurity and privacy requirements, including handling of sensitive but unclassified (SBU) or controlled unclassified information (CUI).

Requirements

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or GCP.
Knowledge of federal financial or operational systems (e.g., DoD, DHS, HHS, VA).
Experience with Agile methodologies in a federal environment.
Machine learning exposure for predictive analytics or anomaly detection.
Experience with data cataloging tools such as Collibra or Alation.

Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment with extended periods of sitting, typing, and screen time.
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs for equipment or materials.
Clear speech and hearing for presentations and stakeholder discussions.

The anticipated hiring range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
