Brand Audit & Strategy: Conduct a deep dive into our current customer base, messaging, and visual assets to identify overlaps and market opportunities for both brands.

Ground Up Repositioning: Define distinct buyer personas, value propositions, and market positioning for both brands so they complement rather than cannibalize each other.
- →
Visual & Verbal Identity: Oversee the redesign of visual identities (logos, packaging, website aesthetics) and tone of voice. For example, one brand might pivot toward premium culinary and butchery expertise, while the other leans into family focused organic farm groceries.
- →
DTC Execution: Ensure the new brand identities translate seamlessly across the ecommerce experience, from our sustainable unboxing experience to email marketing and social media.
- →
Cross Functional Leadership: Collaborate with our UK based digital marketing, customer service, and procurement teams to ensure the new brand architecture is understood and executed consistently.
