Job Title: Wordpress Developer + SEO

Schedule: Monday - Friday | Flexible with 4 hours overlap with EST working schedule

Salary Range: 1,200 - 1,600 USD per month

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented WordPress Specialist who also has a strong background in SEO to join our team. This role is twofold: primarily managing website changes and migrations within WordPress, and secondarily enhancing our local SEO efforts. 

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of WordPress, including multisite installations, and of course working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles. Additionally, knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO and local SEO best practices are essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Website Management: Utilize set templates and SOPs to manage and update Wordpress sites.
• SEO Development: Implement basic SEO strategies to enhance site visibility and search rankings.
• Content Updates: Regularly update website content, ensuring alignment with our SEO goals.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all websites are functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
• Communication: Maintain strong communication with the team, demonstrating excellent English proficiency.
• Project Support: Assist in various digital marketing projects, with minimal need for micromanagement.

Minimum Requirements:

• Has more than 2 years of experience related to the role
• Strong familiarity with Wordpress, including themes and plugins.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SEO practices and ability to implement SEO strategies.
• Ability to manage tasks and projects independently.
• Good English skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with SEO tools, project management software, and digital marketing platforms.
