About the Role:
Drive the future of a premier financial services firm as our Director of Marketing / CMO, where you will lead our multi-channel strategy across digital, workshop, and referral platforms. Leading a talented team, you will transform complex data into high-growth strategies, refining our workflows and scaling our impact through analytical precision and creative innovation. This is a high-stakes leadership opportunity to partner with executive visionaries, own the end-to-end marketing engine, and deliver measurable excellence in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across workshops, digital platforms (ads, email, social), and referral programs.
- Manage a team of 6–7 marketing professionals and maximize brand impact.
- Analyze performance data and marketing metrics to identify successful trends and make data-driven improvements.
- Develop clear marketing workflows, SOPs, and KPI tracking systems to streamline team performance.
- Collaborate with the current in-house Marketing Manager to leverage institutional knowledge and ensure a smooth leadership transition.
- Forecast and achieve quarterly and annual marketing goals to drive company growth.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to continuously audit and improve the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
- Provide strategic leadership and expert recommendations to the executive team regarding long-term marketing vision.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing and leading marketing teams
- Proficient with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills to optimize marketing performance
- Ability to build and execute integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Experience forecasting marketing goals/budgets and tracking KPIs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise with executive leadership
- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
- Coachable and able to work collaboratively with an existing in-house marketing manager
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising platforms
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in the retirement planning/financial services industry (preferred)
