We are a rapidly growing U.S.-based, AI-native product studio. We help founders and companies move from idea to launch-ready MVP in a matter of weeks, then partner with them through bi-weekly sprints to iterate and scale. We have shipped 200+ products for 100+ startups, and design quality paired with speed sits at the core of everything we build.
Our team is fully distributed across North America and Europe. We are intentional about staying lean as we grow, which means every engineer's work is highly visible and directly tied to client outcomes.
About the Role
~1 min readWe are taking on more client work than our current team can absorb, and we need engineers who can own a build end to end. This is not a role where you wait for detailed specs and tickets to be handed to you.
You will step into client projects — often for non-technical founders — translate ambiguous feedback into working software, ship quickly using an AI-native workflow, and communicate progress directly to clients alongside our product managers. We are looking for genuine engineers who use AI to accelerate strong work, not to substitute for craft.
Responsibilities
~1 min readProduct Development & Delivery
- →Build and ship full-stack features across the entire lifecycle, from concept to launch, within tight sprint timelines
- →Own the technical execution of client MVPs and ongoing sprint work with minimal oversight
- →Make sound architecture and tooling decisions, and be able to explain the tradeoffs behind them
AI-Native Engineering
- →Use modern AI development tools to accelerate scaffolding, boilerplate, debugging, and delivery, while reviewing and standing behind every line that ships
- →Integrate LLM and AI features (e.g., OpenAI) into client products
- →Work fluently within the rapid-build and low-code environments the studio uses
Client Communication & Collaboration
- →Communicate updates, progress, and technical findings directly to clients, many of whom are non-technical
- →Translate vague or non-technical feedback into clear technical requirements and working features
- →Partner with product managers who lead the client relationship, while carrying your share of direct communication
Ownership & Autonomy
- →Drive projects to completion independently, without heavy internal hand-holding
- →Anticipate gaps, ask the right questions early, and resolve the gray areas with sound judgment
- →Manage your time across concurrent client work in a fast, asynchronous environment
Requirements
~1 min read- 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience — real production work, not recent bootcamp-only exposure
- Strong command of a modern JavaScript stack (React / Next.js, Node.js) and solid back-end fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with databases and APIs (e.g., Supabase / PostgreSQL, REST integrations)
- Demonstrated use of AI tooling to accelerate engineering, backed by the fundamentals to review and own the output
- Excellent spoken and written English and the confidence to communicate directly with clients
- A track record of shipping products autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience at an agency, product studio, or as a founding / early engineer at a startup
- Familiarity with rapid-build tools such as Lovable or Bubble
- Experience integrating OpenAI or other LLMs into production products
- A visible portfolio of shipped products you can speak to in depth
- Genuine design sensibility and an eye for UI/UX quality
- Based in Latin America for strong U.S. Eastern time zone overlap
You are a real engineer who happens to be fast because you have mastered your tools, including AI — not because you skip the fundamentals. You are comfortable being handed an ambiguous problem and a non-technical client, and you know how to turn both into a shipped product.
You communicate clearly, you do not need to be chased, and you take pride in work that looks and feels polished. You thrive on variety and speed, and you would rather own a project than be handed a spec.
What We Offer
~1 min readYou will work on a wide range of real products with real users and funding behind them, ship visible work every week, and grow inside a lean, high-caliber team where your judgment is trusted from day one.
