Location: Remote (Open to candidates in the Philippines and Southeast Asia)
Hours: 32+ hours/week to start, growing to full-time (40 hours/week)

We are a fast-growing marketing company that places branded messages and creative campaigns inside fortune cookies distributed to Chinese restaurants across the globe. 

We are looking for a highly fluent English-speaking outbound outreach specialist to help expand restaurant partnerships and manage follow-up communication. Strongly preferred: Speaking Mandarin is highly helpful in this role.

• →Make outbound calls to Chinese restaurants across the US, Canada, and UK
• →Introduce our free fortune cookie program to restaurant owners/managers
• →Explain the value proposition clearly and professionally
• →Follow up with restaurants to confirm interest and participation
• →Coordinate and track delivery/order follow-through
• →Maintain accurate notes and outreach records
• →Support a fast-paced and rapidly growing operation

• A+ spoken and written English communication skills
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Professional, confident, and personable phone presence
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Ability to work independently and move quickly

• Mandarin speaking ability
• Experience with sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or customer outreach
• Experience working with restaurants or hospitality businesses

• Someone proactive, energetic, and comfortable speaking with business owners
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable in a startup-style, fast-growth environment
