We're a fast-moving team operating across three creative ventures—a digital rights agency, a cultural coffee brand, and a rising dance music label. We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who is eager to support and execute marketing initiatives that help creators, communities, and ideas thrive.

This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career, hungry to learn, and excited by the intersection of music, branding, digital media, and creator partnerships. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to keep campaigns running, assets organized, and stories flowing to the right audiences.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing marketing strategies across social media, email, and web platforms

  • Prepare and publish content using tools like Mailchimp, Instagram, TikTok, and Discord

  • Maintain organization of digital assets (photos, copy, links, content) across cloud platforms

  • Support brand partnership outreach and track influencer or creator engagement

  • Update marketing dashboards and track campaign performance metrics

  • Help coordinate virtual events, artist launches, or pop-up activations as needed

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing tools

  • Provide general support to the marketing and creative leads to keep initiatives moving


    • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, brand, content, or creator-facing role

  • Strong written communication skills—clear, concise, and adaptable to different voices

  • Detail-oriented and organized, but able to adapt in fast-changing situations

  • Enthusiastic, self-starting, and proactive—you ask questions, follow up, and offer ideas

  • Comfortable using or learning tools like Instagram, Discord, Canva, Mailchimp, Notion, Airtable, and Google Suite

  • A team player who’s energized by collaboration and supporting others
