You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with strategy and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google.

  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.

  • Execute budget pacing and scaling strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align media execution with broader marketing strategies.

  • Implement A/B testing and structured experimentation to improve campaign outcomes.

  • Prepare regular performance reports and clearly communicate insights and recommendations.

  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of campaigns, tests, and changes.

  • Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in media buying or paid media management.

  • Experience managing campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into action.

  • Experience managing monthly ad budgets.

  • Working knowledge of tracking, attribution, pixels, and basic funnel structures.

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.

  • Clear and professional communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

  • Comfort collaborating with cross-functional or remote teams.

  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
