Performance Marketer / Creative Strategist (Remote SA) -42925051757

We are a fast growing men’s grooming brand focused on high performing, confidence boosting products such as Concealing Cream+, TanDrops+, and more. We operate as a lean, high velocity team (8 people) with a strong emphasis on direct response marketing, creative iteration, and rapid testing.

We’re seeking a senior level performance marketer with deep experience in DTC e commerce and direct response creatives. This role blends performance marketing and creative strategy, with an emphasis on performance marketing.

You will manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok, build and refine our creative testing roadmap, collaborate with creators and designers, and be directly responsible for our ROAS and CPA targets. This is a core role in the company with full ownership of performance marketing results.
