You are litigation-fluent and comfortable working active personal injury cases through discovery, deposition, mediation, and trial. You know how a demand package comes together, you can summarize a deposition or build a medical chronology without hand-holding, and you understand how pre-litigation work feeds the litigation process.
You are highly organized, proactive, and protective of deadlines. You take ownership of your work, flag issues before they become problems, and give trial attorneys real capacity rather than another task to manage
