Our client is a growing turfing and outdoor solutions company focused on delivering high-quality installations and exceptional customer experiences. As project volume continues to increase, they are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to oversee project execution, vendor coordination, customer scheduling, and operational process improvement.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects from start to finish, improving systems, and ensuring every project runs smoothly and profitably.
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing vendors and materials, scheduling installations, reviewing invoices, and supporting the development of operational processes and SOPs.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can work independently, make informed decisions, and maintain consistent follow-up with internal stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities

Oversee active projects from scheduling through completion

Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and project milestones

Ensure projects remain organized and on track

Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Identify and resolve project issues proactively

Source, order, and track project materials

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries

Maintain vendor relationships and monitor performance
-
Resolve material shortages, delays, and procurement issues
-
Track material costs and purchasing activity
-
Schedule projects with customers and installation teams
-
Coordinate project timelines and availability
-
Communicate project updates and scheduling changes
-
Ensure installers have the necessary information and resources to complete projects successfully

Review and scrub invoices for accuracy

Cross-reference invoices against CRM pricing and project records
-
Identify discrepancies and work with vendors to resolve billing issues
-
Process and coordinate payment of material invoices
-
Maintain organized financial records related to projects
-
Develop and improve operational procedures and workflows
-
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
-
Support the implementation of scalable project management systems
Requirements

2–5 years of experience in project management, operations coordination, construction administration, or a related field

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Comfortable making decisions independently with minimal supervision

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

Proficiency with Google Workspace tools, including Google Sheets and Google Drive

Experience in landscaping, turfing, construction, home services, or related industries

Experience with CRM systems, particularly Jobber
-
Background in vendor management and procurement
-
Experience reviewing invoices and managing project-related expenses

- 2–5 years of experience preferred
