About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to coordinate the entire workflow of Civil Engineering projects, specifically focused on Rebar Estimation and Detailing. This role is the central liaison, responsible for end-to-end coordination—from receiving bid requests from the Sales Team to the final delivery of completed engineering reports. This position does not require an engineering background; instead, it focuses critically on communication, workflow management, and ensuring timely project tracking and delivery across internal teams and 3rd Party Vendor Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
The core function is to ensure seamless, on-time project delivery by coordinating all stakeholders, managing communication flow, and maintaining meticulous project data integrity.
- End-to-End Workflow Coordination: Coordinate the entire project workflow, starting from bid initiation (received from Sales) through to the final delivery of estimation or detailing reports.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison between the Sales Team, the internal Delivery Team, and external Vendor Partners to ensure clear communication and steady project progress.
- Project Tracking & Data Integrity: Maintain all project records, schedules, and delivery status accurately on Microsoft SharePoint and relevant client portals.
- Follow-Up & Escalation: Execute timely follow-ups with all stakeholders via email and MS Teams to ensure on-time completion, and proactively escalate potential delays or critical issues for swift resolution.
- Reporting & Visibility: Prepare and share regular, standardized project updates with management and team members, ensuring all project data and documents are up to date and accessible.
- Documentation Management: Keep all project documents current and meticulously organized, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for all internal and external client visibility.
- Process Improvement: Support and follow defined project processes while identifying opportunities for workflow improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Required
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) for professional liaison with international teams and clients.
- Software Proficiency: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint for communication, scheduling, and project file management.
- Work Ethic: Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Key Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-up skills, with the ability to multitask and coordinate across multiple concurrent projects.
