As the agency continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer to lead the technical development, maintenance, and optimization of client websites across both WordPress and Webflow platforms.

The Senior Web Developer will serve as the technical lead responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing modern websites across WordPress and Webflow. Working closely with the creative team, this individual will transform high-fidelity Figma designs into pixel-perfect, high-performing websites while managing custom functionality, API integrations, security, and ongoing maintenance.

The ideal candidate is highly technical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple client projects independently while collaborating effectively with designers, account managers, and other stakeholders.

• Lead backend and frontend development for custom WordPress websites using custom themes and code

• Develop and maintain advanced Webflow websites utilizing clean, scalable architecture

• Translate Figma and UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect websites

• Build high-performance landing pages for digital marketing campaigns across WordPress, Webflow, or Squarespace

• Maintain existing client websites and implement requested updates and enhancements

• Design, implement, and maintain secure API integrations

• Configure webhooks and third-party integrations for CRMs, marketing automation platforms, and digital marketing tools

• Support advanced attribution tracking and connected marketing systems

• Troubleshoot and optimize integrations across multiple platforms

• Monitor and optimize Core Web Vitals and overall website performance

• Improve page load speeds, server response times, and frontend optimization

• Implement technical SEO best practices including structured data and Schema markup

• Ensure websites meet ADA/WCAG accessibility standards

• Perform ongoing WordPress core, plugin, and security updates

• Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments

• Perform comprehensive cross-browser, cross-device, and cross-platform testing

• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure reliable website performance

• Collaborate with designers to accurately implement visual designs

• Communicate technical solutions with internal teams and clients

• Manage multiple development projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

• Contribute to continuous improvements in development workflows and best practices
