- Assign, schedule, and oversee inmate work to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor, document, and report inmate performance, training needs, and behavior.
- Train inmates in sanitation tasks and inspect living areas for safety and cleanliness.
- Write reports on inspections, grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance.
- Observe inmate behavior, address issues, and provide orientation on rules and expectations.
- Assist in developing treatment plans by researching backgrounds and counseling inmates.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain order.
- Participate in disciplinary hearings and recommend corrective actions or program changes.
- Work includes mandatory and voluntary overtime, covering all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
