Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Operate CNC-controlled electron-beam (EB) welding machines including part set-up
- →Develop, maintain, and evaluate weld schedules
- →Upkeep general machine maintenance and test
- →Utilize EB welding on several types of metal including titanium, stainless steel, copper, C103, and inconel
Requirements
~2 min read- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 1+ years of experience with TIG welding or a certificate of completion from an accredited program
- 2+ years of experience in electron beam welding
- Experience with high and low voltage machine
- Experience with both manual and robotic welding applications
- Experience with TIG welding
- Knowledge of AWS D17.1
- Must be willing to work 2nd shift 3:30pm - 2:00am, able to work overtime hours and weekends as needed
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods – 8 hours min.
- Must be able to stoop, bend, crawl, and maneuver in tight spaces
