Porter

As a Porter at SpaceX, you will be interacting with our guests (employees), fellow staff members, and management staff in our private restaurant in a polite, courteous manner. You will also help with restocking supplies and other duties assigned by kitchen management.

• →Support daily operational logistics including delivery receiving, restocking, and internal distribution of supplies
• →Conduct daily checks of water jug stations, soda bibs, and CO₂ systems to maintain uptime and service reliability
• →Fulfill and deliver requisitions accurately, ensuring communication and documentation via internal systems and team channels
• →Assist with weekly inventory counts and ordering cycles to support production and service schedules
• →Verify product quality, expiration, and invoice accuracy during receiving; escalate discrepancies as needed
• →Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently once trained
• →Maintain clean, organized, and compliant storage and staging areas
• →Collaborate cross-functionally with culinary, café, and facilities teams to anticipate needs and prevent shortages
• →Support special projects or operational setups as assigned by site leadership

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate 
• 1+ years of either restaurant experience, warehouse experience, and/or customer service experience

• Restaurant experience
• Porter experience
• Inventory experience
• Self-motivated and works well with others
• Current and valid food handler card or equivalent

• Ability to carry large heavy items unassisted such as large packages, dishes in tubs, or trays (up to 45 lbs.)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time – up to 8-10 hours a day
• Willingness to work all shifts and available for overtime and weekends as needed
• Frequent bending, stooping, and lifting of objects
