We are looking for a Project Manager!

What you will be working on:

• Manage technical aspects of projects, including resource allocation, timelines, and implementing new functionalities.
• Organize and coordinate team efforts to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Translate business needs into technical tasks, prioritize resolution, and actively contribute to integration processes.
• Create and execute project plans, defining stages, resources, and timelines.
• Facilitate integrations by converting business tasks into clear, well-structured tasks for the dev team and communicating with stakeholders when required.

Your background:

• 3+ years of project management experience in software development and team management.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.
• Proficient in backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, task definition, decision-making, and using Jira.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to synthesize information from various sources.
• Upper intermediate or Advance English level.
