Store Manager

Wallace’s SPAR Kilmore Quay is seeking a dedicated full-time Store Manager to lead our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and driving store performance.

As Store Manager, you will:

• Lead, motivate and support a team to achieve sales and performance targets

• Manage inventory, stock levels and merchandising to maximise availability and presentation

• Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard and fully compliant with health and safety regulations

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries or complaints effectively

• Utilise modern EPOS systems and reporting to monitor, analyse and improve store performance

• Contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the store

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar retail management role

• Strong working knowledge of modern EPOS systems and reporting

• Proven leadership, organisational and communication skills

• Customer-focused with a strong track record of delivering results
