We are looking for a Dutch speaking Technical Support to join a global leader in consumer electronics and home appliance. Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Offer tech support via phone and email for domestic appliance clients.
- →Conduct initial diagnostics and troubleshooting with 60 available processes.
- →Escalate complex problems to appropriate departments.
- →Enhance client satisfaction by proactively resolving issues and using resources like YouTube tutorials.
- →Handle minor repairs, follow-up on orders, and address complaints.
- →Utilize three software programs for the support process.
- →Cross-sell products as needed.
Requirements
~1 min read- Near native level of Dutch.
- Advanced level of English.
- Experience in customer service or tech support (preferred).
- Strong communication skills (phone and email).
- Ability to handle and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with software programs.
- Cross-selling skills are a plus.
