Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide B2B support to small and medium-sized businesses via chat, email, and phone
- →Consult B2B clients on optimization procedures for their advertising base in the online and digital advertising domain
- →Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products
- →Offer recommendations to common B2B problems or frequently asked questions
- →Maintain and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- →Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients
- →Provide customer insights and feedback from our B2B clients to engineering
Requirements
~1 min read- Native or proficient level of German (C2)
- Advanced level of English both verbal and written
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills
- Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
- Experience with online advertising products and social media will be considered a plus
- Must hold EU citizenship
- Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal
