Recruitment Manager

On behalf of our client, a well-established and growing recruitment business, we are looking for a dynamic, hands-on recruitment manager to join their team. This is a hands-on leadership role combining business development, recruitment delivery, and people management.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build a recruitment operation from the ground up, shape its direction, and play a central role in the company’s future growth.

In this recruitment manager role, you will have to:

• →Identify, approach, and secure new clients
• →Hire, onboard, and train a recruitment team
• →Build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted recruitment partner
• →Work closely with senior management to define pricing, positioning, and growth strategy
• →Personally manage key roles and clients, especially in the early stages
• →Design and implement recruitment processes, KPIs, and best practices
• →Coach recruiters on sourcing, interviewing, and client management
• →Create a collaborative, accountable, and results-driven team culture

To become the recruitment manager we are looking for you must have:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, ideally in an agency environment
• Background in generic / multi-specialty recruitment
• Strong business development experience within recruitment
• Ability to build processes and structure from scratch
• Comfortable working hands-on while also leading a team

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience scaling a recruitment division
• Existing client network
