Cloud Migration Engineer (AWS to Azure)(Consultant/Part-time) (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Migration Engineer (Azure Developer) to lead a critical, one-time cloud infrastructure migration project. This is a high-impact, technical role where your work will directly shape our cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for assessing the current AWS environment and successfully migrating services to Microsoft Azure while ensuring minimal downtime, cost efficiency, and performance optimization. • Technical Expert: You bring proven, hands-on experience with both AWS and Azure platforms, specifically leading AWS to Azure migrations. You have deep knowledge of compute, storage, networking, database services, and CI/CD pipelines (CodePipeline, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). You are highly proficient with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and IaC tools.

• Comfortable with Ambiguity: You thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments and excel at troubleshooting and performance optimization.

• Strong Communicator: You are clear and concise across async and sync channels, and you work well collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Bonus Points: Azure or AWS certifications, experience with large-scale or enterprise migrations, Terraform experience, and a background in cost optimization and cloud governance.
