SportsMed Physical Therapy is expanding its services and building a new Speech Therapy department focused on adult neurorehabilitation.

We're looking for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join the team at an exciting time of growth. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists while helping expand Speech Therapy services within an established multidisciplinary rehabilitation organization. These positions will be part-time to start, and grow into full-time positions based on caseload.

Work within an established organization with an existing multidisciplinary patient base

You will primarily work with adult patients experiencing:

Stroke and CVA-related communication disorders
Parkinson's disease and other neurological conditions
Concussion and mild traumatic brain injury
Cognitive-communication disorders
Dysphagia and swallowing disorders
Aphasia, dysarthria, and other communication disorders
Other adult neurorehabilitation diagnoses

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current New Jersey SLP License
At least 1 year of post-graduate clinical experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Adult neurological or rehabilitation experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A goal driven individual who wants to grow with a new department
A collaborative approach to patient care
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
LSVT Loud preferred
Speakout! preferred
