Are you an experienced MSK Physiotherapist looking for flexible work within a supportive and professional environment?

Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital is seeking a skilled and motivated Specialist Physiotherapist to join our Outpatients team on a Bank basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within one of the UK's leading independent healthcare providers, delivering high-quality physiotherapy care to a diverse caseload of patients. At Spire Cambridge Lea, our Physiotherapists play a vital role in helping patients regain mobility, confidence, and quality of life. You'll have the opportunity to manage a varied MSK caseload and deliver evidence-based treatment plans that make a genuine difference to patient outcomes.

Working within our well-established outpatient service, you'll treat patients across a broad range of conditions, from sports injuries and chronic musculoskeletal disorders to post-operative rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

→Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation programmes for MSK patients.
→Manage a diverse outpatient caseload, including sports injuries, orthopaedic rehabilitation, and long-term musculoskeletal conditions.
→Develop personalised treatment plans focused on achieving excellent clinical outcomes.
→Work collaboratively with consultants, healthcare professionals, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
→Support the ongoing delivery and development of a high-performing physiotherapy service.
→Promote best practice and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and enjoys working within a collaborative clinical environment.

BSc (Hons) Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
HCPC registered Physiotherapist.
Minimum of 2 years' Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy experience.
Experience assessing, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of MSK conditions.
Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
