The Change & Implementation Manager at Spire Healthcare plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful design, delivery, and embedding of organisational, clinical, digital, and operational change initiatives across the organisation. Acting as a bridge between the Strategic Management Office (SMO), clinical and operational teams, and transformation delivery functions, the role ensures that change is planned, governed, executed, and adopted effectively.

This role supports the development and execution of structured change and implementation plans, ensuring initiatives deliver agreed‑upon benefits within defined time, resource, and quality parameters. Working alongside Portfolio Leads, Project Managers, and wider project teams, you will contribute to and support the successful achievement of the goals of your portfolio.

The role is strongly outcomes‑focused and requires the ability to influence people, navigate complex healthcare environments, and drive adoption of new ways of working. A strong emphasis is placed on structured change control, resistance management, clear communication, proactive risk management, and ensuring change is delivered safely and compliantly.

This position demands expertise in change management and healthcare operations, with the ability to apply both traditional and agile delivery approaches to ensure change aligns with Spire Healthcare’s strategic priorities and delivers meaningful, measurable value.
