CNC Operator

• →Perform all assigned CNC operations meeting daily and weekly production goals while maintaining high-quality standards
• →Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to management
• →Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow prescribed safety procedures
• →Transport materials to different areas of the CNC shop
• →Perform inspection of machined products and document results
• →Complete and maintain paperwork for parts
• →Assist in other work areas in upholstery department as needed

• Minimum one year of experience as a CNC operator in a fast-paced manufacturing facility
• Experience using small hand tools
• Knowledgeable in the areas of material cutting, sewing, upholstery, and foam assembly
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; ability to follow schedules
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision
• Advanced verbal communication skills
• Advanced time management and organizational skills
• High School diploma or equivalent

• Experience working with wood, leather, fiberglass, and vinyl in the marine industry 
• Experience using the Eastman, Axyz, 3-Axis, or 5 Axis and Router systems

This job operates in a manufacturing plant environment. This role routinely wears protective clothing and masks.
