Associate Inventory Operations Analyst

Deliver dependable and accurate output by executing tasks with precision, maintaining data accuracy, meeting SLAs, and contributing to reliable operations and stable team performance.

Follow established processes and SOPs consistently, ensuring repeatable, error-free results while focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and process adherence.

Communicate effectively across teams by sharing progress and blockers proactively, escalating concerns when needed, and seeking clarification to ensure alignment and understanding.

Provide excellent service to cross-functional partners through responsiveness, professionalism, and an understanding of how individual tasks impact the broader workflow and customer experience.

Build expertise as a steady executor by developing proficiency in systems and workflows, strengthening decision-making, and continuously improving reliability, speed, and quality of execution.

This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup

Desktop/Laptop system requirements:

- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;

- at least 4GB RAM;

- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system 

- You are required to provide your own dual monitors

A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)

PC Headset

A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
