The Learning Design & Enablement team at SpryPoint is committed to creating innovative, engaging, and effective product training for our clients. As a Learning Designer at SpryPoint, you will be an integral part of the Learning Design & Enablement team. You will have the opportunity to create a range of training artifacts and activities that will not only show clients how to use our software, but why they love it.
You will report to the Manager, Learning Design & Enablement, work closely with fellow Learning Designers and also with our product development team, our UI team, and our Service Delivery team.
This position is fully remote, with the opportunity to travel throughout North America at times to SpryPoint events and to client sites. ✈️

A relaxed conversation to learn more about your background, your goals, and what’s drawing you to SpryPoint.
👩💼 Step 2: 30-Minute Hiring Manager Interview
A deeper dive into your experience and fit for the role.
📝 Step 3: Assignment
A learning design exercise where you’ll transform a technical document into a training activity.
🎤 Step 4: Final Interview
A session with your future manager and teammate where you’ll walk through your approach and have a collaborative discussion.
🚀 Step 5: References & Offer
We’ll connect with your references to validate all the great things we’ve learned about you. If all goes well, we’ll be excited to extend an offer and welcome you to the team.
